Cinco De Mayo Festival

The annual Cinco de Mayo Festival and Car Show grows every year and celebrates the Hispanic heritage in our town. Community volunteers with the HEART Resident Team plan and organize this event from start to finish.

Children's game and activities take place all day long.
It includes demonstrations of traditional skills such as adobe brick making, tortilla making, weaving and spinning among other things. Student and traditional arts exhibits, lectures and free spaces for vendors make sure that everyone has a chance to participate.

A Car Show brings vehicles from all over the valley and food, entertainment and children's activities round out the offerings.
